Can I send my logo before ordering?
Yes, certainly. Forward your graphic file to our team and we will examine small strokes, letterforms and overall proportions prior to ordering. Vector SVG, EPS or PDF formats produce the crispest printing results, and we will advise if any design cleanup is needed.
How is the 3D Printed Plaque constructed?
Your sign features a solid 3D printed backing panel around 5mm thick. The raised emblem components are manufactured separately from coloured PLA filament and bonded securely onto the face, creating a striking dimensional relief.

Filaments are matched manually rather than through basic dropdown menus. Following checkout, we assess your brand palette and select suitable matt, silk, marble, or wood-infused filaments, confirming them within your visual proof.
Which artwork works best for the raised logo?
Sturdy letterforms, clear geometry and bold emblems translate best into 3D printed relief. Extremely fine hairlines or tiny text may need subtle thickening to guarantee clean additive manufacturing.
Is the plaque suitable outdoors?
The standard version is printed in PLA for indoor walls. For sheltered outdoor spots such as entrances, porches and covered shop fronts, choose Outdoor (PETG/ASA) in the Use option (adds 15%). We then print it in weather-resistant PETG or UV-stable ASA, fit exterior-grade fixings and seal the joins. Avoid fully exposed walls that take strong all-day sun for the longest life.
How is the plaque fixed to the wall?
Most indoor plaques are hung using our supplied heavy-duty foam adhesive pads. Alternatively, we can integrate concealed rear keyhole slots so your plaque can hang flush onto wall screws.
Will I receive a proof before production?
Yes, every order includes a full digital mockup. We illustrate overall dimensions, backer outlines, filament colour representations and mounting selections, which you can adjust once without extra charge.
How long does production take?
Manufacturing typically takes five to seven working days following your proof confirmation. If a multi-part layout requires additional print runs, we will notify you immediately.
How do I clean and care for my plaque?
Gently wipe surfaces using a dry, soft microfibre duster. Never apply chemical solvents, alcohol cleaners or abrasive pads, and keep the sign away from radiators, direct heaters or prolonged hot sunlight.
