Are you able to produce non-standard dimensions?
Certainly. If our default dimensions do not fit your interior wall space, get in touch with our studio and we will prepare a custom quotation.
How accurately can you replicate my company colours?
We select filament tones that closely reflect your Pantone or CMYK references. While minor tonal differences can occur between monitor screens and plastic filaments, your preview proof ensures mutual agreement before printing.
What is the procedure for mounting the sign?
Signs include heavy-duty double-sided foam pads alongside a full-scale alignment stencil. Simply affix the stencil to a clean, flat wall and attach each piece through the cutouts.
Can this sign be positioned outside?
Yes - choose the 'Outdoor (PETG/ASA)' option. We then print your sign in weather-resistant PETG or UV-stable ASA instead of indoor PLA, for an extra 15%. It suits entrances, shopfronts and walls exposed to rain; fix it with exterior-grade pads or screws. The standard PLA version is for indoor use only.
Which artwork formats do you accept?
Clean vector formats such as AI, SVG, EPS or high-resolution vector PDF files provide the best printing results. If only raster images are available, we can often redraw them.
How does the 20mm relief compare to thicker profiles?
The 20mm build offers a subtle, lightweight profile that sits cleanly against the wall, whereas 40mm and 55mm versions create far heavier, more dramatic shadow lines.
What is your standard production timeframe?
Manufacturing typically requires 5 to 7 working days once you approve your digital proof, followed by insured tracked courier transit across mainland UK.
How should I clean and maintain my 3D printed sign?
Gently dust the components with a clean, dry microfibre cloth. Never apply chemical solvents or liquids, and avoid mounting PLA signs near intense heat sources exceeding 50°C.
Are there any extra VAT charges added during checkout?
No. All pricing displayed on our website is completely final because KianoStyle is not currently registered for VAT, so nothing extra is added.
Are the coloured elements painted after production?
No, every component is printed from solid-colour filament corresponding to your logo shades, meaning the tint runs completely through the material and will never chip off.
