3D Printed Gloss-Effect Logo Wall Sign

It is a bespoke dimensional logo sign 3D printed from high-sheen silk PLA or PETG polymer with a solid 22 mm depth. It delivers a lustrous satin-to-gloss sheen with subtle layer texture, offering a stylish alternative to flat or acrylic-faced alternatives.

The standard version is printed in PLA for indoor walls. For sheltered outdoor spots such as entrances, porches and covered shop fronts, choose Outdoor (PETG/ASA) in the Use option (adds 15%). We then print it in weather-resistant PETG or UV-stable ASA, fit exterior-grade fixings and seal the joins. Avoid fully exposed walls that take strong all-day sun for the longest life.

Our signs are printed with an architectural depth of approximately 22 mm, creating striking dimensional relief without adding excessive weight to standard interior plasterboard.

No inks or surface prints are used. The radiant gloss effect comes directly from our specialised silk filament, with multi-coloured brand designs printed as individual interlocking solid-colour elements.

The sides are never painted. Because each segment is printed from solid-colour filament spools, the hue is uniform throughout the entire depth, ensuring edges cannot chip or peel over time.

There is no need to select side colours manually. We naturally build the depth using the identical filament colour as the front face, which is clearly previewed in your digital layout proof.

We stock an extensive palette of silk and gloss filaments and match your vector colour values as closely as possible. Your digital proof will show the planned filament shades for confirmation.

Vector formats including SVG, AI, EPS or high-resolution vector PDF are preferred. If you only possess a raster image like a PNG or JPEG, send it across and we will check if it can be prepared for printing.

Yes, we always provide a digital proof before running our printers. You can review dimensions, layout, spelling and filament pairings, with one round of modifications included before confirmation.

Mounting is straightforward: tape the included paper layout template to your wall, peel the protective backing from the pre-fitted adhesive foam pads, and press each 3D element firmly into place.

The high-tack foam pads adhere reliably to smooth, dry, clean interior painted walls. Heavily textured, powdery, flaky or recently painted surfaces may require wall preparation or alternative adhesive methods.

Production generally takes 5 to 7 working days once you have formally approved your layout proof. Your parcel is then dispatched using a fully tracked and insured UK courier service.
