Every 3D logo begins as a vector design translated into precise additive manufacturing toolpaths inside our Weston-super-Mare workshop. Using industrial-grade FDM printers, we deposit molten PLA or PETG filament strand by strand to build a solid, three-dimensional physical sculpture of your emblem.
Multi-colour designs are produced as individual, tight-tolerance interlocking parts in their respective filament shades before being permanently bonded by hand. This methodical workshop approach ensures clean colour separation, structural integrity and an honest, finely textured finish that celebrates the 3D printing process.

What materials do you use to produce these 3D logos?
We manufacture our 3D logos using premium PLA or PETG filaments on precision FDM printers. We do not use acrylic, metal, vinyl or UV inks; the entire body and colour of the piece comes directly from the solid filament.
Can my 3D logo stand up securely on its own?
Yes. If your logo has a wide, flat bottom edge, it will balance naturally. For circular emblems or floating lettering, we can model an integrated display plinth or discreet backing bar so it rests securely on any flat desk or shelf.
Will the colours fade or scratch off over time?
Because every part is 3D printed from solid-dyed filament strands, the colour runs completely through each piece rather than being painted on top. Normal handling will never cause the colour to chip or flake away.
What surface finish can I expect on the completed model?
3D printing deposits material layer by layer, meaning delicate horizontal print striations will be visible upon close inspection. Our silk filaments offer a pleasant satin sheen, whilst matt filaments provide a flat, reflection-free surface.
Can I see a visual proof before you start printing?
Absolutely. We supply a digital visual proof of your 3D logo before manufacturing commences. You can check the layout and filament colours, and one round of design tweaks is included free of charge.
What artwork format do you need for 3D printing?
Vector files such as .SVG, .EPS, .AI or clean vector .PDF formats produce the sharpest results. If you only possess a high-resolution raster image, submit it to us and we will evaluate whether it can be converted for 3D extrusion.
How long will it take to manufacture and deliver my order?
Production usually takes 5 to 7 working days once you have formally approved your digital proof. Once finished, we dispatch your piece via tracked and insured courier delivery, which is included free on all sign orders.
Can this 3D printed piece be used outdoors?
Standard PLA is intended strictly for indoor environments. If you intend to use your piece in a sheltered outdoor market stall or sunny window display, let us know so we can print it in heat-resistant PETG filament.
Are there any hidden taxes or VAT added at checkout?
No. The price displayed on our website is the final figure you pay. Because KianoStyle is not VAT registered, no additional VAT charges will be added to your total.
How do I submit my artwork after placing an order?
You can upload your file directly on the product page, follow the upload link inside your confirmation email or My Account area, or simply send it over email or WhatsApp on 07747 262414.
Can you produce multi-coloured emblems?
Yes. We print distinct coloured sections individually using solid-colour filaments and assemble them tightly by hand in our workshop, producing crisp, clean boundaries between your brand colours.
Do you offer an in-person installation or setup service?
No, we do not provide on-site installation. Standalone 3D logos simply rest on your chosen surface out of the box, though we can supply high-strength double-sided foam pads if you wish to stick them down.
What size should I choose?
Measure the wall space and think about where people will see it from. As a guide, 20–40 cm suits doors, desks and small walls, and 60–100 cm suits reception walls seen from across a room. Try our free logo preview to see sizes on a wall, or tell us the space and we will recommend a size on your free proof.
I need my sign urgently – can you help?
Tell us your deadline when you order or ask for a quote and we will do our best to meet it. Production normally takes 5–7 working days after you approve your proof; where the schedule allows we can prioritise your order and confirm the date before you pay.
