Your branding elements are not painted or printed on top; they are additively manufactured as separate solid-coloured components and securely embedded. Wide panels are carefully printed in matching segments and seamlessly assembled, producing a clean, robust, multi-tonal interior display.

Are printed wooden signs suitable for outdoor use?
The standard version is printed in wood-fill PLA for indoor walls. For sheltered outdoor spots such as entrances and covered shop fronts, choose Outdoor (PETG/ASA) in the Use option (adds 15%). The outdoor version is printed in a wood-tone PETG or ASA, so it has a timber colour but not the real wood-fibre texture of the indoor version. It comes with exterior-grade fixings.
Are fixings included?
Yes, we include industrial-strength double-sided foam pads and a full-scale paper guide so you can mount your sign without power tools.
Do I receive a proof before production?
Yes. We email an accurate visual mock-up showing dimensions, layout and colours, waiting for your final sign-off before manufacturing.
How long does production take?
Fabrication typically requires 5 to 7 working days following your proof approval, followed by fully tracked, insured UK carriage.
Can you help if I do not have a vector file?
Yes, send the highest-resolution image you possess. If simple vector conversion is feasible, we will assist you before printing begins.
How should I clean and care for this sign?
Gently wipe the surface using a clean, dry microfibre cloth. Never use harsh chemical sprays, solvents or moist wipes on wood-fill PLA.
How are expansive signs handled?
Signs exceeding our individual build plates are printed in neat, structurally stable sections and seamlessly assembled in our workshop.
