The assembled plaque undergoes meticulous surface checking, edge smoothing and final dimension verification before being fitted with secure self-adhesive fixings and wrapped for safe delivery.

We produce interior plaques from genuine wood-fibre composite PLA, or sheltered exterior signs using moisture-resistant PETG in complementary timber tones.
Can this wood-effect sign be positioned outdoors?
The standard version is printed in wood-fill PLA for indoor walls. For sheltered outdoor spots such as entrances and covered shop fronts, choose Outdoor (PETG/ASA) in the Use option (adds 15%). The outdoor version is printed in a wood-tone PETG or ASA, so it has a timber colour but not the real wood-fibre texture of the indoor version. It comes with exterior-grade fixings.
Are wall mountings provided with the plaque?
Yes, we include industrial high-bond double-sided foam pads along with an accurate paper positioning stencil for effortless tool-free mounting.
Will I receive a digital layout proof before work begins?
Yes. We generate a full visual proof showing scale, layout and relief depth, and only start 3D printing once you have given approval.
What is your typical production timeframe?
Fabrication generally takes between 5 and 7 working days following approval of your digital layout proof, followed by tracked UK transit.
Can you assist if I only hold a low-resolution bitmap graphic?
Yes, submit the highest quality image available. If your file requires vector tracing or line thickening for additive printing, we will outline your choices.
How should I clean and look after my timber-effect plaque?
Wipe periodically with a dry, soft lint-free duster. Do not apply chemical cleaners or solvents, and keep standard PLA away from temperatures above 50°C.
